It was a great day today on Lock 1 for all 18 folks who came out today to the Bass Assassins tournament. The little rain shower that came threw was followed be some wind, and more clouds. This was a welcome relief from the heat of the day. We saw lots of fish come across the scales, and lots of smiles at the launch. Clay Zeringue easily won with a 6 lbs. 6 oz. limit. Following in second was Bruce Dickens with a limit weighing 5 lbs. 11 oz. Joe Picone took home third with five fish that weighed 5 lbs. 7 oz. Big fish honors went to Jimmy Dorris for his 3 lbs. 5 oz. kicker. Taking home the Little Tanglers win was Payton Waller with his limit weighing in at 5 lbs. 5 oz.
